  • He served as a secretary for the Law Department at the College of Law in Fallujah from 2006 to 2010.
  • He was appointed as the head of the Law Department at the College of Law in Fallujah from 2010 to 2015.
  • He was assigned tasks as an assistant vice president for administrative affairs at Fallujah University on July 12, 2015, and continues to hold this position.

He chaired several organizational committees for scientific conferences at Fallujah University:

  • The conference "Fallujah Hosts Al-Rusafi and His Civilizational Role" in 2016
  • The Scientific Conference "Challenges of Higher Education and Future Educational Institutions" in 2018

  • Supervising and following up on lawsuits in which the university is a party before ordinary and administrative courts.
  • Representing the university in scientific activities, official forums, and administrative meetings.
  • Contributing to preparing draft instructions and reviewing draft laws referred by the ministry to universities for review and submitting proposals.
  • Proposing amendments to existing laws related to educational and administrative processes, such as Law No. 40 of 1988 (amended) concerning higher education, drafting a law on discipline for teaching staff members, among others

Delivered lectures in a developmental course for road and bridge employees in Anbar-Ramadi titled "Administrative Contracts and Private Law Contracts" in 2000.
Delivered lectures in a developmental course for Al-Shahid General Company employees on negotiation skills and contract conclusion in 2002.
Participated in an educational seminar titled "The Constitutional Referendum" held at Al-Faris Residential Complex in 2005.
Participated in an educational seminar titled "Constitutional Issues in Drafting the Iraqi Constitution" held at Saad Mosque, Fallujah, also in 2005.
Participated as a lecturer in several continuing education courses, including "Administrative Contracts—Government Contracting Mechanisms—and Consumer Protection."
Delivered a lecture on combating corruption at Fallujah Law College's anti-corruption program in 2013.
Delivered a lecture on Law No. 55 of 2002 regarding antiquities and heritage at Fallujah Law College, attended by some officials from Fallujah's antiquities department, also in 2013.
Presented a study to address social problems post-Daesh era to Fallujah's local council.
